Any Babblers going to Laguna 12-15?

CDS event at Laguna this Thursday 15th. A day of driving a great track.
Any body else going?

lots of Boxsters

there were numerous Boxsters in attendance.
Doug Ostler, myself, Linda and Larry Smith (monster Boxster) and a whole bunch of 986Ss and several new 987Ss.
I instructed on gentleman in a silver 986S. did a commendable job for his first time at Laguna.
I spent some of my day in a new race car a friend just acquired. 1980 911 chassis, 3.6L motor, huge wing, 12+inch slicks, and about 2400 lbs.
Was a lot of fun. turned some 1:46s and :47s playing with a well set up Z06. The car is still being sorted out, we were playing with tire pressures and need to attend to his brake bias and pad selection. Chassis is very nice and stable at speed.
anyway it was a great day. cold in the am but then warmed nicely in the Pm until the sun started to set behind the hills.
Clear and calm all day. Not bad for the middle of December.
