I'm in the market for a set of 18" rims and tires. I'm specifically interested in Sport classicII, carrera lightweights, or any BBS or Techart wheels. :D Hopefully someone out there is getting ready to do some spring cleaning and wants to get rid of their extra wheels!

18 inchers

I have a set of stock, oem 18 Boxster S wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's with 1400 miles on them. Break in miles so no track time on them! The wheels are as perfect as Porsche made them- no scratches or curbs. Any reasonable offer.

Which wheels came on Boxster "S"? Do they happen to be the Sport Design wheels?

Are they from a 987s or 986s? can you tell me the tire size and offset? Im very interested and often go to Roseville.

Re; Anyone selling some 18's

I'll try and post a pic but they are 987S wheels. Front offset is 57 and rear is 43. 8 inch wide front and 9 inch rear. Tire size is 235/40 ZR front and 265/40 ZR rear. Michelin PS.

That is a great looking car and wheels, unfortunately I dont think they will fit my 986s. Has anyone in this forum have any experience with this? I know the ideal offset is 50 for the front and 47 for the rear. The rear tire is a little tall at a 40 series will this have a negative effect?

Tomy did you like your expierence at Niello Porsche? I have had alot of mixed expierences with them.

I've had nothing but good experiences there. Didn't get quite what I wanted on my trade in (surprise) but other than that, I'm hooked. The car of course is fabulous but sales and service make it very pleasant.
