Muffler mod that will pass smog test..?

Just curious, will an exhaust mod like this one pass our very strict California emission?

only emissions that should be changing are the sound emitted from that:)

muffler has virtually nothing to do with emissions, it is all done with the injection, computer, cats etc.

that is basically a poor mans Porsche Sports exhaust with out the speed activated flappers to open and close the cut off pipes.

Easier to open up the muffler can and gut it....like I have posted in the past.
The mod I have show gives a dynoed 11+ hp on a 2.5L

Wow -- I'd appreciate if you can point me to this post. Also, what kind of sound and how loud is it?
