Hello!

My name is Cor, I am 24 years old and come from Brisbane Australia. Last week I bought my first Porsche, a 2004 Boxster with 50000 kms in excellent condition. Here are some pictures attached.

I also joined 986forum and RennTech.org, all great websites along with Babblers, I am loving all the useful tips and advice.

Looking forward to chat with any Porsche owners in the area!

Cheers!

Welcome - - - Always good to expand our international community!

Nice car and color combination. I have been wondering, how do you drive that from the passenger seat? :)

Welcome aboard and thanks for the pics. I'll be traveling to your portion of the world in about 6 months, any suggestions of where to stop?

Hi Paralizer, that's great..... winter is the best season here.... sunny and not outrageously hot :) are you coming to Australia or Brisbane specifically?

Welcome 'yellowlemon'. Great looking car (but I am a bit biased). You might also want to check out/join Porsche Pete's Boxster Board. It is a great source of information and ideas. It is located at http://www.ppbb.com/board/986board.htm

Thanks for the link! I have heard lots about PPBB but never found the site. It looks rather old school! I used the 'subscribe email' function - I imagine that's the equivalent to 'joining'?

Loving my new Boxster, just waiting for my rear speaker kit to arrive from Harvey Peck PNP in the US - and also considering upgrading radio to an AVIC F900BT, or to a Becker Grand Prix ( we don't have the Traffic Pro here in Australia cause there are no maps for it)

Dude:

Welcome to the club. Looks like they put the drivers' seat on the "wrong" side for you Aussies eh ??? :-) :-)
