I started to get a steering shake from 45-80mph.
Just got her back from the dealer and it's a smooth as silk.
I feel everything now. The car is just simply amazing in all aspects
I included a couple of photo's. Regards, Jack

Nice

I love those wheels!

I just got mine back from balancing and it made of world of difference. Funny that the tires are brand new (with orange strips still on the road-facing tread). Someone must have been drunk when they mounted and "balanced" the first time.

Same issue with me.

Brand new Cont. tires with terrible balancing included from another dealer in Miami.
Champion Porsche in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is really good.
It took the technician 2 1/2 hours for all 4 wheels including 2 test drives.
I know because I waited for the car.

Balancing does make a big difference. I go to an independent guy who balances all 4 wheels on the car. He even knew which one of my tires was a new blem!

Who are you going to and what are you paying for balancing?

James

Tire balance

James - I had my local Porsche dealer (Champion in Pompano Beach, Fl) do the wheel balancing.
My steering wheel shook between 40-85 mph.
They ended up balancing all 4 wheels.
Cost was $35 a wheel + misc materials. Jack

For thos of us in the Tidewater Virginia area, I recommend RaceWerks in Virginia Beach. They do great work. They recently mounted and balanced four new tires I had shipped to them from Tire Rack.
