New to Boxster

Hi everyone, I'm new at this Forum thing. I Just bought a used Boxster 99 and after 150 Km, the engine check lite up. A friend read the code (1123 and 1125).
It has to do with the trottle some how. It happened right after the first gas fill up (high octane), the previous owner took it out only once last year... will the code stay away after clearint it ??? Is anyone familiar with this kind of code ?
Don't mind my english mistakes (I'msure that I made some), I'm French !

Me again,
I read many posts on this site and I'd like to know what the CEL, MAF, DME and OBD port mean.
Also, I'll probably buy a code reader (someone suggested a Actron #9135) could anyone confirm this information or give me another one ?
