17" rims and tires

that's a great deal for someone who needs new tires and can use the old wheels for the track. i don't need them, but you should list your location.

For those brave enough there's a Location field under User CP -> Edit Profile. You don't need to get too specific unless you want to but a general geographical idea could be of interest to everybody as we've got visitors from all around the globe.
 
Thanks for the recommendation. I added my location - San Jose. That reminds me that I should mention that the wheels are for pick up only.

Also, I was cleaning them up last night for a prospective buyer who was coming by to look at them and noticed that one of the wheels has some small scuffs in the clear coat from being stored, so I'm lowering the price to $1,000. You have to look up close to even notice, and I think they can just be buffed or polished out, but I know how picky we Porsche owners can be.

The tires alone cost $800 new, so it's like getting the rims for $200.
 
you're killing me. REALLY great deal. wish i could use them. which tire exactly? i can't find the pilot sx on tirerack. thanks

I'm moving soon and don't want to have to take them with me, otherwise I would not have reduced my price so much. I know I could get a lot more on eBay, but I don't want to have to deal with shipping them, so somebody is going to get a great deal.

ok, i know that i sound like a shill for spiral, but i'm not. at $900, it's like getting the wheels for free. to have the mxx3's mounted and balanced on nice new wheels. wow. i just don't need any more wheels or tires....
 
any pictures of how these look on a boxster? I just banged up my wheels real bad and might want to get some new ones. thanks
