How to avoid "mobile" site

The site kicks into a bare-bones "mobile" interface when using an iPad. How can I avoid that? I cannot find any option setting or link from the mobile page to go non-mobile, or a URL to use.
 
I've made a change related to the iPad but don't have a way to test it directly. Please let me know if it solves your problem.

I see the mobile interface is still served to the iPhone. Would suggest giving it the regular interface, which i think would work much better there too.
