I bought a bumper from LA Porsche dismanters. I think total cost was around $600 with shipping and tax. Its been stripped of the previous paint already, so it's ready to go. I ended up not needing it. I pulled off my bumper, and found a cheap shop to fix the dents and scratches and repaint.

You paid how much for an used rear bumper?!?!?!?! It should have been $450-500 new and primed.
 
Well I don't know about that. The dealer quoted me Something like $650 plus tax for a new one, hence I shopped around for a used one.

So ground trucking would be in the 150-225 range is my guess. More if shipping to a residential address..

That's the email I got from Sunset imports....looks like it would even be more expensive than what I paid.

Anyways...I'll hang on to it for awhile longer. Someone might need it and I can be reasonable on the price.
