For Sale 1999 Boxster Arctic Silver, Boxster Red Interior, Tiptronic, 109K Miles.
I purchased this Boxster with 74K miles and have the original CarFax that came with it when I took ownership.
I have made the following upgrades to the car:
2009 the 60K service was done at Tillman's due to Carfax not indicating it had been done. A Pedro's Enthusiast motor mount and Techno Brace were installed.
In 2010 Flintworks in Campbell, CA installed the LN Engineering ceramic IMS bearing kit, upgraded silicon RMS and new crankcase bolts.
In 2010 the Porsche ROW M030 Sport suspension was purchased from Sonnen Porsche and installed by Flintworks.
A new fuel sending unit was installed by Flintwork's.
The 90K mi. Tiptronic Transmission service was done at Flintwork's.
In 2011 2001S Boxster "Big Red" calipers and cross drilled rotors were installed by The Mercedes Doctor in Sacramento, CA. GT3 air ducts for front brake cooling were also installed. The rear axle housings were replaced by 2001 S housings and the upgraded emergency brake system was installed. New brake fluid and pads.
In 2012 a new GAAH top with glass rear window and upgraded control arms were installed.
An Evolution Motor Sports Cold Air Intake (2 cone filters were purchased so MAF fouling does not occur), Fabspeed headers and Dansk Sport Muffler (all exhaust work done at Johnny Franklin's Santa Rosa, CA.).
New spark plugs installed at Dibble's.
The car was completely sanded down, all dings removed and repainted with Porsche factory Arctic Silver and clear coat by Dibble's Automotive (they bought the Sonnen dealership in Santa Rosa). A new OEM wind shield was installed and new wiper blades.
New Fuel Pump, filter and tank gasket were installed by Dibble's Automotive in Santa Rosa, CA.
In 2013 A new OEM water pump, V belt, thermostat and coolant was installed by Niello Porsche and a rear wheel bearing was replaced by Dibble's.
Oil and filter changes done at 5K mi. intervals.
In addition radiator grills were installed to prevent debris from fouling the radiators and condensers.
The interior has the following upgrades:
Porsche three spoke Dark Burr Wood and leather Tiptronic steering wheel with Porsche air bag. Dark Burr wood and silver emergency brake and Tiptronic shift lever and dash cover. Stereo is OEM with cassette and 6 CD player.
Arctic Silver wind blocks and clear acrylic center wind block.
Boxster 550 Spyder tail lights. Fogged head lights replaced with upgraded European non egg yolk lights and clear side marker lights.
Worn seats replaced. Interior has full leather option.
No history of collisions. Niello did the equivalent of a pre-purchase inspection when they installed the water pump and is included. The car has been serviced by Dibble's in Santa Rosa and they can be called for reference.
Tires are Hankook V12 rear with 6/32 tread and fronts are Sumitomo ZRIII with 5/32 tread.
OBC hack done so mpg, temp, average speed and speed chime can be accessed.
Everything works as it should, AC blows cold and car easily passes smog. I have all manuals and receipts. Includes Porsche OEM fitted outdoor car cover and OEM leather bra.
Price $14,500.

What are you replacing her with, Ron?

Nothing for a while Bob. I've moved to a location where most everything I need is in walking or bicycle distance. I rarely drive her anymore so she needs an owner who can get her out more than once a week. After owning a Boxster it would be hard to find a car to replace it.

Can't find a way to remove this thread but car is no longer for sale.
