These are shiny and straight w/o any rust. Never seen snow or any winter. For "S" models of 997.1 - might fit other models too but buyer needs confirm independently. Simply loosen the one bolt per tip to remove your existing ones. Then slide these on, tighten the one 10mm bolt to install these shiny chrome tips giving your 997S a nice touch of style. (I'm told these can also be used on a base 997 but you will need to either add a shim or have them tack welded in place).

Here are pictures of the actual tips on my car just a few months back before I installed a Fabspeed system. They're not 100% perfect but they will look perfect when installed as you can see.

Same combo (but updated colors) from my '99 Boxster - wasn't looking for them at all. In fact, I was really looking for Cobalt, White or Black but heck, the same combo keeps neighbors from asking too many meddling questions. Most think it's the same car as before except that I put on new wheels and took the exhaust off
