Has anyone on the list done a wheel swap with Cayman S wheels going onto a Boxster S? I'm talking 18 inch here. Any pics?
 
On a 987 yes because the offsets are the same. If you are talking 986 - maybe as the offsets are different.
 
I have 19" Carrera S wheels from an '07 Cayman on my 986 Boxster. It looks great! you'll need 5-7mm spacer for the front wheels though.

Has anyone done this swap or will I be the first in my 'hood? I'm looking for a few pics to see how it REALLY looks. Anyone got pics they want to post? I did see one on Pete's Boxster site but6 it was kinda dark. I'm talking about the standard 18 inch 5 spoke Cayman S wheel here.
 
Here's a quick butcher job done with MS Paint. I forgot you wanted a 987, but you get the idea. :)
