I've done some more digging and the ip address is in Argentina. The picture seems to have come from motorbase.com but all the links to it now seem to be dead. A similar ad is also posted on some of the other forums (search on the email address) so who really knows at this point.

That said, it doesn't mean that this isn't a real sale as I seem to recall that I purchased mine several years ago from overseas as well.

Finally, there are lots and lots of Porsche flags on ebay in this price range, though a quick scan doesn't show up one that's a red vertical format.
