It's only been a little over a month since I put my Boxster away for the winter and I'm already wishing it was summer again. Seeing all your photos and talk about Porsche meets is making me jealous. This is what it looks like here:

Wow! That looks cold!

I like the 3rd photo better. We're suffering through 55 degrees today in South Carolina. What is your average snowfall per year in Ottawa?

That looks like a ton of snow!!! Now I can understand the need for an SUV, or at least an AWD.

Hang in there... for what its worth, the weather in the bay area has taken a turn for the worse this week. Strong winds, lots of rain, power outages etc.

i know how you feel..i'm going thru the same thing but it's AX withdrawals and been skateboarding to get my fix but might just go to indoor kart racing to get the actual fix...hehehehehehe!

Same here

I am feeling the same thing in Wisconsin-more snow than we've had in a number of years. All I can do is lift the cover and look at it once in a while. If I can talk my wife into it I would like us to take it to Fl to visit our son in Feb. She is not sold on the idea 'cause she doesn't know how to pack light.:)
Oh well Spring will be here soon.

55 degrees sounds pretty good to me right about now. It has warmed up here quite a bit in the last few day. It was about -20 degrees Celsius (-4) for a few days last week and now it's about +4 degrees (39) which is warmer than usual for this time of year. Average temperature for January is about -10 (14) to -15 (5) degrees. We got a lot of snow back in December so we are above normal for this time of year. I just did a quick search and it says Ottawa receives an average of 93 inches of snow annually. This year will be more for sure.
My parents move to South Carolina (Myrtle Beach area) for the winters so I usually head down to visit them each winter for a few weeks. I love it down there.
