Welcome on board! What's the weather like in the UK these days?

Welcome aboard. You are one of our more long range posters on this board. Don't forget to post a few pics of your car.

Doug

Same as usual...peeing with rain / flood warnings / late trains / aircraft crashing down...Welcome to Rip-off Britain!

Ama

I saw the post on your forum on that aircraft that crashed -
that was really terrible
hope better weather comes soon for all of you there
take care Amaboknaai

Amaboknaai, there is something seriously wrong with your car, the steering wheel is on the wrong side !: O just kidding welcome aboard!!!

Ama,

That is a great shot of the interior of your 2003 Boxster! Great looking lot of Porsches behind your car. Is that a Porsche dealership in Surrey?

Porsche in Kent

Wow! They have a great inventory. Has the cost of gasoline per litre stabilized in GB?

Nah - I am paying 109.9p per litre at the moment for 98RON gas. Ridiculous....$2.18 per liter = $9.91 per gallon. Ouch.

That's a big Ouch!

At $2.18 per liter = $9.91 per gallon - that sounds like time to break out the bicycle. That is really tough. Do many folks in the UK feel the rising cost is a direct result of the conflict in Iraq?

Doug

I am not that sure that anyone really thinks it is a direct result of what is taking place in Iraq...? I think it is a case of commodity broking and horsetrading taking place in the financial markets! As for the politics, I don't really want to get into that on a car forum, if you know what I mean?:)

I am grinning and bearing it - Boxster uses less than my V8 Merc!
