Just thought I would say hi and see if anyone else is from Michigan.

I just bought a 2002 Boxster S...been trying to find the right one for three years and finally bought it. I'm in Michigan and looking to hook up with some others for some weekend rides.

most of these guys are left coasters. not that that makes them bad people, but not close to you. we need pics and you should mark your location on the googlemap. you will also be able to see any registered members who may be close to you. we joined the pca and enjoy many fun drives, ax's, and other events, so you may want to look into your local pca.

What because we're Left Coasters you think you get to take over our turf all of a sudden with a non-Left Coaster.;)

As was mentioned by someone treading on my turf, ya needs to post some pics.

And as you are from Michigan I would be remiss if I didn't say this...

Cool idea on the Googlemap thing...I did it, but there are very few people from the midwest...not fair to have such awesome roads in Cali when I'm stuck in straight as an arrow Michigan.

Now to learn how to post pictures.

The motorcycle is what was sold to fit my Boxster in the garage.

beautiful ride, and i am sure boxsterbob and paralizer will agree with your color choice. looks like you and bluebox need to get together. i'm guessing you may be color coded there too. :D

Its not just the cars, its the people too!

Oh Booker T....nice car, join PCA - zone 4...there are loads of pcars in Michigan, great roads too.

Thanks all...I joined the Motor Stadt PCA region and just got my first newsletter and phone call today. I'm also from the St. Charles, IL area and see that the national meet is there this July. I'm hoping to talk the wife into going with me.

Just learned about autocross at the Spartan Speedway in May as well. When I bought the Boxster I had no idea about all the great get together and driving experiences. I'm really pumped for that.
 
what color

By the way, what do you think is the official color of my Boxster...looks like Midnight Metallica, but can't quite tell.
